About Us



We are a 220 cluster-style town homes and villas belonging to its own Association. Timberwalk II has a community pool. Prior written Association approval for sales or rentals is required. The owners are responsible for paying both Timberwalk II and Loggers’ Run Maintenance Fees. We’re responsible for consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our community. Our residents’ satisfaction is our top priority, and we plan events and provide amenities for exactly that purpose. You can count on us for anything related to common area maintenance and community services. We’re Timberwalk II HOA, always there for you.

Timberwalk II Painting Schedule: 

The Board of Directors has approved Hartzell Painting Company to do the first phase of the Timberwalk ll painting project.

The work will commence about April 15, 2024, and will consist of painting 24 one story buildings consisting of 5 units per building for a total of 120 villas.

The two-story buildings on Thousand Pines Lane, Cypress Wood Lane and Woodspring Drive will be done in the second phase, in the year 2025. Total of 100 villas.


The schedule will start on Timberly Drive- 6 buildings; then Misty Woods Way-6 buildings; then Whispering Pines Lane-6 buildings; then Woodspring Drive-2 buildings; then Woodborn Drive-4 buildings.

Please attend to any repairs to your unit such as defective wood siding; repairs to or new fencing; replace any defective fascia, and trim. The painters will not paint over any defective surface.


The painters will paint back patios with the same base color of your unit, if you remove any materials on your walls and put any furniture or miscellaneous items into the center of the patio, away from the walls. The rear patio door is to be left open on the day of the painting of the patio.

2024 Timberwalk II HOA Meeting Dates: 

The TW2 HOA members meeting schedule for 2024 is below. The meetings will be held at 6:30 pm in the Timberwalk 1 community clubhouse on the following dates:

  • 1Q2024 - January 25th (Annual Voting Meeting)

  • 2Q2024 - April 11th

  • 3Q2024 - July 11th

  • 4Q2024 - Oct 10th

  • Budget meeting - November 14th
