We are a 220 cluster-style town homes and villas belonging to its own Association. Timberwalk II has a community pool. Prior written Association approval for sales or rentals is required. The owners are responsible for paying both Timberwalk II and Loggers’ Run Maintenance Fees. We’re responsible for consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our community. Our residents’ satisfaction is our top priority, and we plan events and provide amenities for exactly that purpose. October 1, 2022 - Please Pickup Your New TW2 Pool Keys to Access the Pool
Please don't forget to pick up your new keys to access the the TW2 pool gates and restrooms which have been converted to the new manual key system. The new keys are available for pick up Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at Campbell Management Office, 9900-A Southwest 18th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33428. TW2 Annual Meeting - January 19, 2023
On Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Timberwalk I Association Cllubhouse, 22546 Vistawood Way, Boca Raton, FL the annual membership meeting for the TW2 association will be held. Details will be mailed to all TW2 homeowners.
