September 16, 2022 - TW2 Pool New Key Entry System is now in place 

Entry to the TW2 pool gates and the restrooms has now been converted and is accessible with the new manual key system.  The electronic key fobs will no longer work to open the pool gates.  

The new keys are available for pick up Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at Campbell Management Office, 9900-A Southwest 18th Street, Boca Raton, FL  33428.  If you have any questions, please contact Campbell Management at 561-451-9992.  

September 2, 2022 - New Key Entry System to TW2 Pool 

Your Board of Directors has made a decision to change the present electronic key fob system controlling the Pool entrance gates and entry to the restrooms. This key fob system has been fraught with problems, requiring extensive service calls to the Tech support company. The Tech company’s analysis is that this type of system should not have been used based upon the operating conditions present at the site.

Therefore, there will be a new manual key operated system in place beginning at the end of the day on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

The new keys should be picked up at the Campbell Management Office, 9900-A Southwest 18th Street, Boca Raton, FL  33428. The Management Office will be closing at 12:00 noon on Friday, September 2, 2022 and reopening on Tuesday, September 6th from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, through the rest of next week and Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM thereafter.  If you have any questions, please contact Campbell Management at 561-451-9992.  

September 2, 2022 - TW2 Community Alert 

UPDATE:  Another incident has been reported on Nextdoor by someone in Coral Springs who unfortunately had all their jewlery stolen while they were being distracted in the back yard.   Please read the alert below that was posted in August and remain cautious.  

There was a incident shared today on NextDoor by a homeowner in Mission Bay who was approached at home by a woman posing as somebody who works for the community measuring and cutting trees in the backyards. She stated that a notification had been mailed to the homeowner and just needed a few minutes requesting the homeowner accompany her to the backyard. When the homeowner requested to see their paper work and identification the woman warned someone on her phone while quickly leaving the house and got into a White Kia SUV driven by a male companion.  The homeowner felt the intent had been for the male to rob the house while the homeowner was distracted by the woman in the backyard. This is very close to our community and we ask all TW2 residents to be aware and be cautious.  Always ask for paperwork and identification and do not let anyone you don't know or were not expecting into your home.

In addition, there have also been a number of incidents of solicitors for various companies (impact windows, solar, etc.) approaching homeowners in the community.  Please remember that solicitation is prohibited in Logger's Run. 

If you encounter any of these situations, please contact either Hawkeye Security Services at 561-418-2114 or Campbell Management at 561-451-9992 and report the problem immediately. 

June 8, 2022 - Hurricane Season

As we are now in hurricane season, we encourage all our residents to be sure to have your hurricane preparedness plans in place.  Residents can find guidance on what you should do to prepare for the season on the Palm Beach County Hurricane preparedness site at: Public Safety - Emergency Management Preparedness (pbcgov.org)

As a reminder the Loggers Run rules and regulations for putting up hurricane shutters need to be followed.  The rules state:

"Only after the National Hurricane Service implements a hurricane watch for Palm Beach County may Owners and occupants install temporary hurricane shutters and close both temporary and permanent shutters. Within fifteen (15) days after the hurricane watch or warning for Palm Beach County (whichever occurs later) has been lifted, hurricane shutters on all dwelling units must be opened and if not permanently attached, removed and stored inside the dwelling unit or elsewhere outside Logger’s Run.
